I'm very weary of "positivity" and I default to seeing it as gaslighting (maybe Barbara Ehrenreich's Bright Sided is too fully burned into my brain), but late 2023 made me realize how predisposed to complaining I am, and how much it strains my inner life and my relationships. So I'm all in to practice more gratitude!
